As a Strategic Wholeness coach, consultant, and culture strategist, I help leaders and organizations heal from the cultural and systemic traumas that shape our work and communities. I bring my full humanity and multiple identities to this work—as a truth-seeker, culture-builder, space-holder, provocateur, and compassionate witness. My work lives at the intersection of healing-centered practice, systems thinking, relational leadership, and strategic organizational design.
